Submitting a Class Form

Please use the 2015 GWW A&S Online Class Submission Form to submit a class for this year’s war!

**Deadline for 2015 Class submissions is Midnight, Sunday, September 13th, 2015**

Having issues with our online form? If so, please download a copy of the 2015 GWW A&S Class Submittal Form (PDF), and submit your class to arts@caid-gww.org.

Please note a change for 2015 A&S Classes per Kingdom A&S:

Each teacher is responsible for ensuring that the proper and appropriate safety equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, goggles, gloves, closed-toed shoes, and so forth) standard for the art form being taught is in place and that all necessary safety precautions are adhered to in the class. The Arts & Sciences staff, the Kingdom or local seneschal, the event stewards, a constable, or a designated deputy of one of these has the authority to stop a class if safety concerns are raised.
