GWW will not be responsible for any damage or loss of your equipment. No private electronics may be recharged at A&S and there are no electronics charging facilities available at Headquarters

Submitting a Class Form
Deadlines for class submissions
August 15, 2012:
Gatebook deadlineClasses will still considered after this date, but won’t be in the gatebook schedule. September 1, 2012:
Final deadlineClasses accepted after Sept 1, 2012 don’t get in posted schedule, which means a grouchy Flavia, so don't do it! Submissions Options
- Option One: Complete an online class form submission form OR
- Option Two: Download the GWW XIII Arts & Sciences Class / Workshop / Demo Form (PDF or Word), complete it by hand, and mail or email it in.
You do NOT need to complete BOTH a mailed version and an online submission. One method is sufficient.
