Future GWW Stewards - Bid Proposal

The GWW Advisory Council is seeking bids from the populace to staff and run GWW XIV

Ever wanted to be a part of dynamic group that feels the joy and derives the satisfaction of seeing a complex task come to fruition? The Kingdom of Caid is looking for interested teams to submit bids for Stewarding & Staffing Great Western War XIV (GWW XIV).

The form is available below and should be submitted no later than August 21, 2010 to Dame Ismay of Giggleswick, futurebidscaid-gww.org

Co-stewards please attach your resume to this form. Your resume should consist of those activities both mundane and SCA that will support your proposal.

Also, please attach any other pertinent information that may help in supporting your proposal.

Although the bid form is very detailed, please note that the War does have volunteers already in place in the various departments. You may state that you are willing to work with the current holder of that department, and list new names only for those departments for which you have a preferred team member.
